From now we turn new page in our guld......(cuz of some misunderstands)
1.From now on every invite for a new member in guild must be made my CL (Hunters=Golijatmkd Rogues=bladekiller.........ets.)People can be invited ingame or with aplication on our forum!
2.CL controls all ppl who shares same class and from now on CL invites same class ppl in raid (so dont spam SRBOMK ) and they control spec,tactic,pots,elixirs ets.....
3.Before raid EVERYONE must know tactic for boss that we are going i dont want raid leader to spam 1 hour till we start on boss.... go www.wowwiki.com see moves or w/e just come prepared in raid
4.If u dont get inv in raid dont just yell on guild chat there allways be next time so prepare u self go heroics.........
5.Guild Bank:there is a lot of crap in our guild bank so from now on everyone depends of u profesions donate something that can be used for raid if u profesions dont give u choise 2 donate go farm primals or if u are bored with that just donate gold......so everyone that donate in bank can use what is inside.Donate herb reagents,dusts,shards,ore....or w/e so our spec ppl (Cybermkd,Gegemkd some JC Calammk....)can make elixirs,pots,flasks/enchants so everyone will come prepared 2 raid. Dont spend money on all that farm w/e and just donate
6. Listen u CL and Lets work as a team (teamgame brings victory)
